work and traveling and focus inward on receiving t
he Torah. We may have been given the Torah 3\,338
years ago but we are consistently working on inter
nalizing and truly receiving all aspects of the To
rah. It is celebrated by lighting candles\, holida
y prayers\, festive meals with kiddush and hamotzi
e\, learning Torah\, the reading of the Ten Comman
dments\, the Book of Ruth\, feasting on dairy food
s and more.
